Legal Notice and Disclaimer

Alpa Player is not a broadcasting or content service. Alpa Player is an independent video player software developed by Alpa Yazılım, used only to play media content that the user has obtained themselves and has the right to use.

1. No content is provided

Alpa Yazılım does not sell, rent, provide, host, broadcast or distribute television channels, live sports broadcasts, films, series or any other audiovisual content, and does not give out playlists, accounts or links to access them. The Alpa Player app and this website contain no ready-made channel lists, playlists or content. All content shown in the app comes directly to the user’s device only from the source the user has added themselves (an M3U / M3U8 playlist, a video link, an account provided by a service provider or an account provided by their institution); it does not pass through Alpa Yazılım’s servers.

2. Unauthorised (pirate) streams are forbidden

Using, buying, selling, sharing or rebroadcasting lists and accounts that offer television channels, matches, films or series without the permission of the rights holders (including unauthorised / pirate lists) violates the applicable legislation, in particular Turkish Law No. 5846 on Intellectual and Artistic Works, Law No. 5651 on the Regulation of Publications on the Internet and Law No. 6112 on the Establishment and Broadcasting Services of Radio and Television, and may result in civil and criminal sanctions. Alpa Player may not be used for these purposes.

3. The user’s responsibility

The user is solely and personally responsible for the lawfulness of every playlist, account and link they add to the app and of the content accessed through them, and for holding the necessary licences, permissions and copyrights. Alpa Yazılım does not see, review or store the sources and content added by users and cannot be held liable for any direct or indirect damage, or any civil or criminal consequence, arising from them.

4. Misuse and sanctions

If Alpa Yazılım detects, or is notified, that Alpa Player is being used for unlawful content, it reserves the right to suspend or terminate the related institution accounts, licences and device access without prior notice and, where necessary, to cooperate with the competent authorities. Distributing Alpa Player together with ready-made lists, promoting it with phrases such as “includes channels / matches / films”, selling content under the Alpa Player name and logo, or offering the app as part of unauthorised content services is strictly forbidden; in such cases all legal rights of Alpa Yazılım are reserved.

5. Institution content

Lesson videos uploaded and stream sources defined by institutions (universities, schools, hospitals, municipalities and similar) in the Alpa Player institution panel are the responsibility of the institution concerned. The institution accepts and undertakes that it has the right to publish this content and to share it with its students / staff.

6. Infringement notices

Because Alpa Player does not host any content, claims of infringement of copyright and other intellectual property rights must be directed to the third-party service provider that hosts and publishes the content in question. You can send notices about misuse of Alpa Player to info@alpayazilim.com; notices are reviewed as soon as possible.

7. Acceptance

Anyone who downloads, installs or uses Alpa Player is deemed to have read, understood and accepted this legal notice. If you do not accept these terms, please do not use Alpa Player.
