These terms govern the use of the Alpa Player app and the alpaplayer.com website. The service is provided by Alpa Player (a non-profit project run by “Alpa Yazılım”), Mardin, Türkiye, e-mail: info@alpayazilim.com. Anyone who downloads, installs or uses the app, or accesses the panel or the website, is deemed to have accepted these terms.
1. Nature of the service

Alpa Yazılım does not provide, sell, host or broadcast content and does not supply lists or accounts for content (see the Legal Notice). Institutions and panel operators are also offered a free management panel; the panel pairs devices with the lists and video links that users obtained themselves, and allows institution content to be uploaded and users and devices to be managed.
2. The user’s obligations
- Adding and playing only content that they have the right to use,
- Not to share institution account details (institution code, number, password) with third parties,
- Not to attempt to bypass the app’s security measures (watermark, device lock, signed links),
- Not to use the app for reverse engineering, copying, modifying or reselling.
- Complying with the legislation of the country they are in (see section 6).
3. Lawfulness of content and responsibility
The user, panel operator or institution that adds, uploads or assigns to a device any list, account, link or content in the app, the panel or the website is solely responsible for its lawfulness (including copyright, licences, personality rights and broadcasting legislation) and for holding the necessary rights. Panel operators and institutions are also responsible for the assignments they make on behalf of their users; they may not offer, sell or share unlawful content with users. Alpa Yazılım does not see or monitor this content, is not obliged to check it, and cannot be held liable for damage arising from it.
4. Institution accounts and panels
The institution account is free of charge and limited to the number of students / staff and screens defined in the panel. The institution and panel operator are responsible for the content they upload to the panel, the accounts they give to their users and the lists they assign to devices. When an institution account is closed, access to its content stops; institution data is deleted after a reasonable period, without prejudice to the legal retention records in section 7.
5. Intellectual property
The Alpa Player software, its name, logo (the Alpa Yazılım tiles) and design belong to Alpa Yazılım. The user is granted only a limited, non-transferable right of use for personal or internal institutional use.
6. Use in different countries
Alpa Player can be used in several countries. Users, panel operators and institutions must comply with the legislation (copyright, broadcasting, internet, data protection, tax, etc.) of the country in which they are located and from which they access or offer content. Determining whether a source is lawful in the country of use is the user’s responsibility. Alpa Yazılım provides the service subject to Turkish law and may restrict or suspend the service in certain countries where local legislation so requires.
7. Hosting provider status, records kept and legal retention
Alpa Yazılım is a hosting provider within the meaning of Law No. 5651 with respect to the information and content that users enter or upload on the panel and alpaplayer.com. Only a person authorised by Alpa Yazılım and, upon a legal request, competent authorities can access the records; they are not used for advertising or marketing. For details see the Privacy Policy and the KVKK Notice.
8. Reporting unlawful content (notice and takedown) and cooperation with authorities
As a hosting provider, Alpa Yazılım is not obliged to check the content entered by users; however, when it is properly notified in accordance with the legislation that content is unlawful, it removes the content, list assignment or access concerned (notice and takedown). To report unlawful content or an infringement of copyright / intellectual property or personality rights, send the following to info@alpayazilim.com:
